To conduct the affairs of the Federation between meetings of the Management Committee, and to deal with matters of an urgent nature, the Management Committee may establish an Executive Committee of the Management Committee.

The Executive Committee shall consists of:-

The President
The Senior Vice President
The Immediate Past President
Matebeleland Regional Chairman

The Executive Committee shall enjoy such powers as are delegated to it by the Management Committee.

The Quorum for any meeting of the Executive Committee shall be 3 (three).

The Executive Committee shall meet at such time as may be deemed necessary by the President, or by the said Committee.
